Two years ago, the FBI classified the Proud Boys as an "extremist group". The Canadian House of Commons said the Proud Boys are a terrorist organization. And recently, DHS announced a vague national terrorism bulletin to keep everyone's fears heightened.
This is largely an irrational fear. Now listen, I don't know much about the Proud Boys. But what I do know, is that I can't trust anything the media says about them. The media routinely over exaggerates the supposed threat these types of groups pose. For example, the "boogaloo boys" are demonized in the same manner.
Jimmy Dore recently had one of these "boog-boys" on his show. It was a very interesting conversation and I recommend you watch it. Jimmy was surprised to learn that he had a lot in common with this guy. Immediately after that interview he had a socialist on his show who condemned Jimmy for even talking to this guy. Refusing to have a civil conversation with someone shows a lot about one's character.
If I found out someone is an atheist, should I avoid talking to this person? Of course not! That whole idea is ridiculous. Jesus ate with sinners and tax collectors! (Because even back then everyone knew that taxation is theft!) How else are people supposed to hear the Good News? Or how else can someone have their mind changed about their beliefs?
The media tries to de-humanize their targets. This makes it easier to rationalize what gets done to them. Nicole Wallace basically suggested we drone strike/kill domestic terrorists! It doesn't take much to be labeled a "domestic terrorist". She said there is a "persistent threat of domestic extremism, domestic terrorism carried out in the ideology and around this belief that the election was fraudulent - that the covid restrictions are unnecessary".
This is outrageous.
If you're against lockdowns and make that opinion known, this can be labeled "incitement". And Nicole Wallace believes that's enough to have you killed. (Basically)
Meanwhile, our government is responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of people. We're currently supporting the Saudi's genocide of Yemen. We've been at war for nearly two decades for no reason and nothing to show for it.
And this same government has the nerve to call those who condemn their blood-thirsty warmongering: "domestic terrorists".
This isn't just harsh language or a meaningless designation. There are real consequences for what they're doing. Tucker Carlson reported that Bank of America handed over customer data to the Feds with zero hesitancy. That's just the start. Inevitably, they'll restrict your ability to purchase a firearm, restrict your ability to travel (through TSA), freeze your assets, etc. (It's no wonder crypto-currencies are skyrocketing in price)
I believe the State is a corrupt and murderous institution. My loyalties are to Christ, and Christ alone. Anyone that arrives at this ideology is a threat to the existence of the State, because we challenge their legitimacy philosophically. As a result, it won't take much for them to eventually classify us "domestic terrorists".
